Memorializing Mandela

Nelson Mandela was a _________________________ man. What goes in the blank depends on who you ask. After hearing him memorialized on mainstream media, one would think he was a perfect human being…a spotless saint. But anyone with an iota of intelligence knows that’s not true; it wouldn’t be true for anyone.

The world is being done an injustice greater than apartheid by not divulging the ENTIRE truth about Mandela. Withholding the complete truth only creates or perpetuates mindsets that are counterproductive to freedom. Teach TRUE history and give people the FREEDOM to draw their own conclusions instead of force feeding one sided point of views. One should always be cautious of one-sided tales. The problem these days is that most people simply accept what is fed to them by mainstream media. I guess it’s just too much of a burden to seek out information on your own. However, I need truth, because truth is indeed powerful enough to set you free.

It doesn’t take much research to realize that the man some call the “Father of a Nation” quite far from sainthood. Since the mainstream media has done nothing but shine Mandela’s halo, I will be the bad guy and point out some facts about Mandela that you many or may not have heard. It is always up to the individual to form their own opinions… it’s just that I believe opinions should be formed based upon facts and complete details.

MOST believe that Mandela was arrested SOLELY because of his fight against apartheid and for his Communist political beliefs. This is simply not true. He was actually a terrorist. In fact, the evidence of his terrorism wasn’t so strong; Amnesty International wouldn’t even consider him a political prisoner.

Mandela was arrested and charged with 193 acts of terrorism between 1961 and 1963. He was caught trying to smuggle, prepare, or manufacture Soviet made munitions that included over 200,000 hand-grenades, 48,000 anti-personnel mines, 144 tons of ammonium- nitrate, 21.6 tons of aluminum powder, and 1,500 timing devices. In other words, he was planning to do a LOT of damage.

Perhaps he later became a non-violent man, but the munitions he was found with certainly refute that he was a peace loving man his whole life. Mandela was in prison for 27 years, and each year he was offered his freedom if he would only denounce violence and the terrorism being carried out by the ANC (African National Congress)…. but he would not.

Let us not forget that during his trial, Mandela ADMITTED to his dirty deeds. He plead guilty to 156 of the counts against him. He was the ruler and co-founder of the African National Congress (ANC), more specifically, Umkhonto we Sizwe which was the armed wing of the ANC (means "Spear of the Nation"). While there is no evidence that Mandela ever personally murdered anyone, the ANC, under Mandela’s orders was responsible for killing thousands of people. A series of bombs were set off in Johannesburg and surrounding areas by the ANC, killing and/or injuring hundreds of people…. many were women and children.

Mandela was also charged with sabotage and trying to over throw the government. He was on a quest for power, which is typical of a Communist. Communism has never worked anywhere it has been tried. Study the current plight of blacks in South Africa or the people of any nation that is under Communist rule and tell me if they are truly free? Under Communism, Citizens are virtually slaves because the government owns everything and creates all the rules that one must live by. Was Mandela really fighting for the freedom of his people, or simply for a different type of rule over his people; a rule where HE had the power? He did eventually get that power when he became the first black president in South Africa from 1994-1999.

In an attempt to ensure that the ANC became THE political party, it is reported that the military wing (Umkhonto we Sizwe) set out to remove those in opposition of the ANC, specifically those of the Zulu Inkatha party, which was one of the two largest “black” parties; Xhosa (Mandela’s party, ruled by the ANC) was the other. It is estimated that roughly 50,000 Zulus’ were killed by the ANC. The violence against the Zulu’s started in 1944 and lasted over a two year span leading to elections. Mandela was ordering these attacks.

Maybe prison changed Mandela’s violent nature. He did divorce his wife Winnie due to here demonic punishments of her adversaries. She is infamous for ‘necklacing”. This is a method of murder where a tire that is filled with gasoline, placed around a person and then ignited. I found no evidence of Mandela participating in these acts and they were carried out during the time he was already in prison.

There is MUCH history to be learned about Mandela and Apartheid and the massive amounts of information can never be captured completely in a blog. There was exponential violence by both Mandela’s party and the White majority government. The South African government was by no means innocent. Both Mandela and those in charge of the National Party (established “White” government) have blood on their hands.

I set out to understand a bit more of South Africa’s history and the role Mandela played. But, most importantly, I was able to reiterate my belief that as long as there are those desiring to stick their big, fat, black, white or any shade in between NOSES into the lives of others, and in the process of that intrusion, begin to take away what God gave to each of us…..which is freedom….. the blood baths, violence, hatred and power struggles like the one that took place in South Africa will never be done … they will only become more brutal. The next one will be bloodier than the last one and given the massive intrusions by our own government as it grows more communist each day, that next battle just might go down right here in the good old US of A.

Let me clearly state that the notion of apartheid is nauseating. Had I been born a South African, I would have fought for my freedom legally and violently if necessary. Had I been around during the time of Nat Turner, you can bet your last dollar that I would have ridden with him. However, Mandela’s lust seemed to be more for power than for the freedom of a nation or “his people”. Liberation is not in gaining freedom for one race while enslaving, demonizing or “getting even” with another.

If only Mandela had fought to allow people to be free to live their lives without government intrusion; to rise and fall on their own volition, or lack thereof, and to be responsible for their actions, blacks in South Africa would most likely have faired much better than they have to date. That’s what he should have fought for…true freedom, for blacks and whites alike, but he did not.

The quest for power, especially under a Communist regime is like a vampire’s bite… it can “ turn” a man from a well meaning do-gooder, into a power hungry, insatiable monster. This is one of the reasons why I don’t idolize man. Man will ALWAYS falter…some worse than others. God created me free…. only man stands in the way of that, so I am very cautious of man.

Mandela was merely a man. He did a lot of harm. I can’t discount or marginalize the killing of innocent people. He was no saint, so I will never treat him like one. He is a manufactured, flawless hero created by communist/liberal ideologues and he actually did some good. He helped make apartheid in his country a national debate. But for me, the bad deeds are so severe that they negate anything that others might consider good or great.

You’ve already heard the wonderful side of this man, now you’ve heard about his dark side, so fill in the blank.

Deen asks the fox to help guard the hen house?

 

This story can not possibly get more ridiculous after this latest revelation. According to Black Voices, Paula Deen has reached out for help from non other than Mr. Race Baiter himself, Jesse Jackson.  According to Jackson “Paula Deen can be redeemed”.  HUH? Why does she need redemption for using the term nigger an aeon ago?

I am officially DONE with this story.  If Paula Deen is this incredibly blind and stupid, then she deserves to be excoriated!

Let’s not forget that during the 2008 elections, Jackson had to do some apologizing (I’m sure it was heart felt) himself for this comment-- "Barack...he's talking down to black people...telling niggers how to behave."   And he apparently wanted to cut off Obama’s nuts.  I'm not sure if he changed his mind on that or if he actually realized that Obama didn’t have any.

Deen used the term many, many years ago; Jackson used it more recently and probably uses it regularly…he just doesn’t get caught, and when he does get caught, the liberal media makes no to-do about it.   And please let’s not get into that foolishness of him getting a pass on the use of nigger or nigga because he’s black….pffffttt!!

Deen asking Jackson for help is like a hen asking the fox to help protect the hen house!  Let’s remember some of Jackson’s racist remarks, shall we?

• Jackson referred to Jews in New York City as “Hymies
• He stated that Dan Gilbert (Cavaliers Owner) had the mentality of a slave owner who viewed LeBron James leaving that team as a  runaway slave (how much was LeBron getting paid again?)
• he said that white men fantasize about sex with black women when he interjected himself in the  Duke rape case. Let’s not forget the fiasco that case turned out to be.
• He criticized Obama for “acting white”.  Apparently, depending on your skin tone, you must act a certain way. Go figure!
• He told Soledad O’Brian she wasn’t black enough.  LOL!
• He warned  members of the Congressional Black Caucus that voting against Obama care makes them race traitors (“how can you call yourself a black man”)
• He accused Birthers of being racist for using “code” words like “birthplace”  LMAO!  He has fallen off the deep end.

I couldn’t care less about Paula Deen using the word nigger a gazillion years ago. We ALL have said or done something that we regret. I don’t even care if she said it yesterday.  Deen nor her words have power over me, so who cares. Neither do I care about the so called slave dinner that Deen purportedly planned.  I’m more appalled at the black folk who took that gig!  Anyone  asking me if I wanted a job where I dressed like a slave to serve white people would be Nat Turnered with the quickness.

Deen, from what I’ve read was a relentless supporter of Obama, so it’s really entertaining to me to watch the liberal media chew up and spit out one of their own. 

Sorry, Paula but you just don’t fit the “image” of a liberal elite.  You fit the image of the dumb southerner who talks funny…. according to liberal standards. But  since you seem to be seeking assistance from that racist, race baiting whore Jackson, maybe the problem isn’t the way you speak….maybe you’re just being flat out dumb!

Call me Paula… I can REALLY help!

When is the individual accountable for their bad behavior?

 

So.... at what point is the individual responsible for their own circumstances? At what point is it ok to hold a person accountable  for their actions?

For example; if a woman gets knocked up by a guy she has only known for two weeks, knowing that neither of them have jobs and that he has four babies by three other women, why should anyone else have to be a part of their equation in the form of being taxed to death to support the woman and child?

At what point do we say, YOU screwed up, not me? And at what point do we stop rewarding woman who drop babies like candy from a pez dispenser with welfare checks, WIC, free housing, free medical care, free daycare and free everything else when they clearly chose not to take advantage of free birth control?

And why do so many CONTINUE to support the behavior and entitlements that have rendered a large number of blacks as underclass citizens and in need of  government assistance (generational) for the last 60-70 years (by design… by democrats).

Let’s take the “gentleman” that has fathered THIRTY kids… if these children will end up being financial burdens on the state (taxpayers), why shouldn’t the state also have the right to sterilize men (or women) like him after the fifth kid? Tenth kid? Twentieth kid?  Why are men AND women simply allowed to procreate irresponsibly and then expect taxpayers to support their children.  When is enough really enough? Why do these people get to behave badly without consequences for their actions?!!

Shouldn’t there be some deterrents in place for this incredibly poor behavior and reckless regard for the welfare of the children they are producing? What are we waiting for… a 100 percent illegitimacy rate for blacks? We are already at 72 percent.  Do we let the white illegitimacy rate get to 72% before we say…. ummmm…. perhaps we should do something?

And for the foolish…. abortion is not the answer. That solution makes the individual even more callous and despicable.  Just throwing this in here because I know some mentally crippled person will use abortion as an argument for this issue.

Women:  have more respect for yourself. My goodness… how does a woman CHOOSE to be the third or fourth woman or even the THIRTIETH woman to “spread ‘en”  for a worthless seed dropper?  Take charge and create your own life circumstances by WAITING for a man that is willing to make you his wife instead of  a semen receptacle.  There is NOTHING cute about this behavior! 

And many of the fifty percent of citizens who pay taxes to support the non  tax payers that are guilty of this bad behavior (they usually end up paying no taxes, but get fat tax refunds)  are broke too. They can no longer afford to carry you…. and are just plain tired of you.

Zimmerman Arrested: Does this end the chaos?

Now that George Zimmerman has been arrested for the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin, will there finally be an end to massive eruption of chaos that we’ve been witnessing over the last month? The answer to that may very well depend on the verdict.

For those who have already tried, convicted and sentenced Zimmerman, a guilty verdict will most likely be cheered; however, a not guilty verdict could unleash havoc by that same crowd. Several black, liberal-minded individuals have reported  that anything less than a guilty verdict will not suffice as justice.  In other words, the jury’s determination could be disregarded if it’s a not guilty verdict… and that’s AFTER they’ve heard all the evidence.

There is already talk of whether or not the Judge Jessica Recksiedler should recuse herself from the case due to a conflict of interest. And given the circus that has surrounded this case, there is a real concern that Zimmerman may not be able to get a fair trial. Is there an impartial jury in Florida?  Due to the national attention this case has garnered, can twelve people be found anywhere who is absolutely neutral-- not pro Zimmerman or pro Martin, but pro justice? Perhaps they can, but  not easily. 

I certainly hope that an impartial jury can be found for the sake of justice. I would hate to see a guilty man walk free just as much as I’d hate to see an innocent man put behind bars.

Zimmerman’s arrest seems to have birthed a brand new barrage of questions: Was the arrest political?  Is the special prosecutor trying to appease the black community? Is the special prosecutor trying to make a name for herself? And the most important question of all— Will we really ever know what happened that night…the absolute truth?

As the race baiters are sucking the case dry, the opportunistic politicians and/or activists are jumping on board to make the case for anti gun laws and for taking a  second look at Florida’s “stand your ground” law.  One thing is for sure;  Martin’s murder has been and will continue to be exploited in every way imaginable.

What will it take for our nation to move forward from this latest race laced storm? There is no one answer, but at some point, perhaps we need to reach a generation of children and teach them the truth;  true American history so that they will understand that blacks were more than slaves; whites were also slaves in this country; the role political parties played in history relative to blacks and the importance of a strong family unit. 

One might think that these things are not connected to this case, but they are. The absence of truth created an opportunity for minds to be molded and conditioned to a certain way of thinking.  This is why this case has galvanized our nation and divided us along racial and even political lines.

Truth is powerful and it’s healing. Only truth can lead us to less racial division and less Trayvon Martin type deaths and far less of those senseless types of murders that occur every year but get no public outcry.   This case doesn’t affect the outrageous number of murders in black communities; this case has not addressed the true atrocity in black neighborhoods at all; the black on black crime.

Blood for ratings

 

NBC recently issued an apology regarding the way the 911 call placed by George Zimmerman was edited, and they have fired the producer responsible for the editing. This is far too little, and far too late.

Many believe that the editing was done intentionally to increase ratings.  Given the frenzy around this story, they succeeded.

It seems the liberal media loves to sensationalize stories that are perceived to show racism, and now we know that if there is no actual racism,  they will manufacture it. 

We all should be wondering how many other times have news agencies deliberately altered the news to make it more “interesting”. It’s probably a safe bet to say that what NBC did is not a first occurrence.

The nation seems to be more racially divided today than during the sixties. NBC and other broadcasters who chose to erroneously report the events surrounding Trayvon Martin’s shooting must realize their role in this divide. Is NBC “sorry” for this circumstance? Probably not. Perhaps NBC should apologize to the seventy-eight year old gentleman that was attacked by black youth as they chanted “this is for Trayvon”.

If the evidence shows that Zimmerman did indeed act in self defense, and no charges will be brought against him, we could very well see riots break out. Will NBC say sorry for any damage to property or loss of life due to them setting this racially fueled fire? If there is loss of life due to their manufactured reports, NBC will have blood on their hands.

NBC and many others have flagrantly exploited and pimped the death of Trayvon Martin. And they will continue to do so without remorse or accountability.

Will the American public hold NBC accountable? Probably not. Many are still too engulfed in the racial element to even grasp that the whole race angle was manufactured. The damage has been done. We can only hope that damage can be stopped and maintained at its current level.

Remember, the edited 911 tape was only part of the problem. The photo of Zimmerman and Martin that showed Zimmerman’s mug shot and Martin when he was 12yrs old, side by side, was also a part of the scam. And the constant reference to Zimmerman being White was another part.

“Sorry” is beyond inadequate, NBC. The genie is out of the bottle. There will be a large segment of the population who will always see Zimmerman as the white racist criminal who murdered a little black boy in cold blood as he walked from the store with a bag full of skittles; the story that NBC longed for.

The Trayvon Martin Case: The circus continues!

 

I’m so very disappointed and saddened by the fallout I’m witnessing over the Trayvon Martin shooting.  I can’t believe the racial divide, especially since there is no evidence to date to prove that George Zimmerman is a racist. 

Why haven’t there been calls for civility from so-called Black Liberal leaders or any Liberals? Perhaps it’s because they are too darn busy adding fuel to the racial flames. Race baiters are in full force and are apparently willing to widen the racial divide in this country. After all, the division works in their favor.

Martin’s shooting is being touted as a case of racial profiling, but no racial motive has been proven.  Zimmerman was originally reported as being White and we now know that was reported falsely.  He is now being reported as a White-Hispanic.  Really?  Those in the media reporting fallaciously are more culpable of racial injustice than they have proven Zimmerman to be.  The media purposely reported this case with racial overtones.  Why aren’t they reporting that Zimmerman tutored Black children on weekends…..for free?  Why would a racist do that?

Why did Democrats call Congressional hearings to discuss racial profiling?  Again, there is no proof of racial profiling in this case, yet Congressman Bobby Rush exploited  the case by wearing a hoodie and spewing racial rhetoric on the House floor.  Shouldn’t the hearings be about Black on Black crime since that accounts for roughly 90% of Blacks murdered?

In addition to Bobby Rush’s theatrics, we’ve seen a mob of kids rushing into a Walgreens to steal and cause mayhem; kids showing up at school wearing hoodies and holding skittles; kids leave school to protest; church members going to church in hoodies; celebrities wearing hoodies, including the white guilt liberal types to show how non-racist they are. Is it a coincidence that all of these entities… schools, Hollywood, media, so-called Black leaders and liberal politicians are all involved in the brainwashing of Black folk? Ask Eric Holder about brainwashing!

A more serious incident was commanded by Spike Lee. He  re-tweeted what he thought was George Zimmerman’s address, but it turned out to be the address an elderly, seventy-something year old couple. This couple had to leave their home because of death threats. They had absolutely nothing to do with this case, but because of ignorant people like Spike Lee, their lives have been turned upside down and they now fear for their safety. And now, Roseanne Barr has re-tweeted the Zimmerman’s correct address. So sad!

I think the most egregious of all has to the New Black Panther Party openly instituting a bounty for the capture of George Zimmerman, while chanting “dead or alive”.  Still… no calls for people to be civil and calm. In fact, the usual suspects like Maxine Waters and  Sheila Jackson-Lee made incendiary comments, laced with racial overtones.  When Obama had the opportunity to douse flames, he instead makes the statement “if I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon”.  Was that code for “I’m down with Blacks”?

A key question for me is how did Martin and Zimmerman come face-to-face?  It’s imperative that we let this case be investigated thoroughly for  justice sake. I am not pro Zimmerman or pro Martin. I am pro justice. However,  I’m very anti-liberalism. I’m witnessing the destruction of liberalism unfold over this case. Divide and conquer…. that’s what this case is about to Liberals; not justice for Trayvon Martin.

I wish we could lend such fervent efforts to solving the hardcore issues that plague Black America:  high school dropout rates; low college matriculation rate; sexual promiscuity amongst teens; drugs; gang violence and the epicenter of all problems; the 72% illegitimacy rate.

Perhaps too many of us have been so conditioned to see everything from the premise of racism, that no matter what, many Blacks will always see the world as if they are victims of a racist society?

Zimmerman isn’t the racist in Trayvon’s case.

 

We’ve all heard about the murder of seventeen year old Trayvon Martin by now.  He is the young man that was shot dead by a neighborhood watch guard.

The details of what happened are still too sketchy.  Just about the only thing that ISN’T sketchy is the racial overtones devouring this case.  You see, the surname of the shooter is Zimmerman and the victim is Black.  One thing the mainstream,  liberal media loves to do is to sensationalize White on minority crimes. 

What we are now finding out about Zimmerman is that he is Hispanic; not White, and is from a multi-racial family.  We are also finding out that the initial reports of him using racial slurs were incorrect. Although the racial overtones are glaring, and he has been labeled a racist, there is no evidence thus far to support the claim of racism.

Don’t get me wrong here; I’m not defending Zimmerman. Based on reports, he continued to follow Trayvon when he had been explicitly told not to. I feel but for that decision, Trayvon would not be dead today.  And also based on reports, I’m of the opinion that the local police investigated the case poorly. Subsequent to the local police ruling the case self-defense, it appears that  important details emerged that contradicts their determination.

I am prepared to allow the special prosecutor and FBI to cross all T’s and dot all I’s in this case. I want to see justice done just as much as anyone else. But because I’m a Conservative and refuse to be propelled by emotions like the vast majority of Blacks, I’ve been accused of being non-caring, not doing enough and standing with Whites (even though Zimmerman is Hispanic) and selling out the Black Community.

It is incredibly unfortunate when ANYONE is murdered. I’m saddened by the death of this young man, and I can not even begin to imagine what his parents must be feeling or their suffering.  In 2010, 2,720 parents felt that unimaginable grief. That’s how many Blacks were murdered.

I still do not understand where the national media attention was for the murders of all those men, women and children;  or Jessie Jackson, Al Sharpton and the mob of angry, protesting Blacks! They mattered as much as Trayvon, right? 

Other than abortion (roughly 15 million Black babies murdered, yes murdered, since Roe v. Wade), loss of life doesn’t get more innocent than that of a child’s caught by the stray bullet of a gang banger or drug dealer as they play in their yards or sit in their home watching TV.

Of those 2,720 Blacks  murdered in 2010, 2,459 of them were murdered by Blacks.  The Black on Black  scenario is not exciting enough for the liberal media; nor is there a racial angle for the likes of Sharpton to exploit. In addition, the murderers of many of the victims go unpunished.  Unlike the angry mobs that mobilize when a non-Black person kills a Black person, those who know anything about inner city murders are suddenly rendered mute. Hey, who likes a SNITCH? Only snitch if the killer is NOT Black!  

Zimmerman may be a racist. It’s just that I have not seen evidence of it thus far. But, the media and the many Black folk ready to hang him without a trial sure seem to be preening some racial feathers.

Have you heard about the thirteen year old Kansas City White teen that was doused with gasoline and set on fire by several Black teens, as they yelled racial epithets?  Probably not many of you have.  It’s not sensational enough for liberal media.

Liberalism must continue racial divide to survive.  Trayvon is sadly being used as a mere tool by the liberal game players, and just as sad and equally disgusting,  his parent’s, and that giant, angry mob of Black folk are definitely being played.

Why Black History Month is an Insult.

 

“African American” History month is an extension of Negro History Week, which was founded by Carter G. Woodson. The first celebration of Negro History Week was in February of 1926. The month of February was chosen so that the celebration would coincide with the birthdates of Abraham Lincoln and Fredrick Douglas.

Carter G. Woodson was born in Virginia, in 1875, to former slaves. He grew up to become a Harvard trained historian who believed that he could only escape poverty through education. He also believed that un-denied truth would prevail over prejudice, so he set out to establish a way to disseminate the historical contributions of “African Americans”. Through his determination, along with the determination of Minister Jesse E. Moorland, the Association for the Study of Negro Life and History (ASNLH) was established. It was this association that sponsored the first Negro History Week in 1926. Today, this association is known as the Association for the study of “African-American” Life and History.

In 1976, the celebration of Negro History week, expanded into “African American” History Month, coinciding with the nation’s bicentennial. Starting with Gerald Ford, every American President since 1976 has officially designated the month of February as “African American” History Month. The United Kingdom and Canada have also designated a month to celebrate this history.

I applaud Carter G. Woodson’s efforts to make sure that the more than substantial contributions made by Black Americans would not be lost. However, by this time, the contributions made by Blacks, from Crispus Attucks to Dr. Ben Carson, should be taught in mainstream education, and be a part of the normal American history curriculum. If this history is not being taught as part of the main curriculum... why not?  If it is being done (I don’t believe that it is), why do we need a month dedicated to Blacks?

To separate Blacks from AMERICAN history is a major insult in my eyes. Those Blacks WERE Americans who deserve the same recognition of any other American making history. For many Blacks, they were not even considered human, so separating them at this point in history books is not only an insult, it’s unforgivable. It’s a form of segregation. Out ancestors, of All hues, worked to mold this country into the greatest nation on the planet, so, why are we still carving out a month of each year for some? It’s an insult as it suggests that Blacks in history are only a footnote.

I’m not looking for special consideration of Blacks…. that’s what Black History month is.  I’m suggesting that someone like Captain Robert Smalls should be discussed when discussing the Civil War… he certainly earned his spot in the history books. Come on! It’s 2012! Blacks who are happy with anything less than equality in the history books have fallen to the soft bigotry of lowered expectations.

Perhaps the first step towards integrating all Americans in history books is for Blacks and other minorities to stop hyphenating. Stop referring to yourself as ________-Americans. We’re all Americans.  Our ancestors sacrificed a lot for us to be here, so embrace it.

Mr. Woodson was correct when he said “un-denied truth would prevail over prejudice”. It is the opinion of some that truth has been denied; seemingly on purpose. It seems impossible that this copious and rich history has been evaded by accident. Perhaps some are afraid that true history shows Blacks as strong, Christian, fighters, achievers, business owners, military personnel, authors, doctors, lawyers, slave owners, slave traders, and politicians (amongst other things). I guess it would be hard to promote a mentality of victimhood once you know the stock from which you came… and truth!

I believe that if our children were taught that Whites were the first slaves in this country; that the first slave ship was rejected; that slavery was initially determined by religious and class status, not skin color; that Antonio the Negro was the first documented, outright slave owner; that Blacks were more than slaves; that the Republican party was formed to end slavery and that the Democrat party started the KKK to harass Republicans… we would begin to heal as a nation in ways you could not imagine. That prejudice that exudes from many Americans, of every shade these days, would be a rare occurrence. Truth must have it‘s day if we hope to unite as a nation. 

Our history is well rounded. There is a lot of beauty mixed in with the ugly, but to this day, too much focus is given to the ugly parts of our history. Until unadulterated, true history is taught, we will retain the negative impact of racial divide and prejudice in our society, because even if you can teach history in a day, a week, a month or for years… when it’s revised, hidden or stolen… what good is it?

I challenge Black parents to ask your  children who Crispus Attucks, Captain Robert Smalls, Phyllis Wheatley, Elizabeth Keckly, Rev. Jonas Clark, James Armistead Lafayette, Benjamin Banneker,  John Rock or Antonio the Negro was. If they don’t know, not only has the school system and society failed, so have you because the responsibility of educating starts and ends in the home.

What We Have Become

 

We have gone from fighting for our freedom to giving it up to be controlled by the government; specifically, the political party that enslaved and murdered our ancestors.

We have gone from working hard to achieve success regardless of our circumstance,  to using our circumstance as an excuse to not work hard.

We have gone from striving for self sufficiency to being content with and dependent on governmental insufficiency.

We have gone from fighting to keep our families together to willfully creating life for a financial pittance handed to us by the government.

We have gone from fighting and literally dying to be educated, to allowing our children to drop out of school and enter prison at astronomical rates.

We have gone from believing in God or being true to our faith, to believing in and putting our faith in a political party, specifically the one that has and still is committing atrocities against our race.

We have gone from fighting for equal rights to accepting special rights, as if we are incapable of competing based on our own intellectual abilities.

We have become confortable in using slavery as an excuse to do nothing.

We have become comfortable wallowing in a perpetual state of victimhood.

We have become comfortable with excusing away our bad and barbaric behavior, often finding a way to invoke racism, instead of holding people accountable for their actions.

We have embraced a secular culture that is antithetical to our Christian beliefs and as a result, we have lost the ability to be ashamed of our actions. 

What we need to do now is focus on our youth. We need to reintroduce shame, especially in an era of all of these “this and that housewife” shows;  few male role models in the home, and secular churches. 

If we don’t focus on our youth enough  to at least plant the seeds of what decency and morality really is; or to show them how to think critically, I’ll  hate to see what we will become as a nation in the next 20 – 30 years.

Piss Away, Marines…. Oorah!

 

Here we go again! Another attempt to paint our military men as evil, ruthless, mindless warmongers!  Well, it’s going to take more than a picture or video of Marines pissing on dead Taliban soldiers. Don’t forget that these Marines are the pissers because they killed the Taliban fighters before they could kill them.

Any media outlet attempting to make this story a big deal is pathetic. Occupy Wall Street participants, pooped on police cars, the US flag and anything else they could hang their buttholes over, but the media barely mentioned their disgusting behavior, but they will put our military men and women on the front page for public hanging.

If I were a Marine or soldier out on the battlefield, I’d piss on the enemies too.  We expect our warriors to go out there and act all prim and proper all the time, yet we have NO idea what they see and encounter on a daily basis. Let’s NOT forget that people are trying to kill them EVERYDAY!

This matter should be dealt with internally by the military and it needs to drop out of public view. If these Marines must be punished for their deeds, which was probably an attempt to relieve stress and/or anger, give them a Charlie Rangel punishment… you know, a stern reprimand…  “don’t do that again, Marine”.  Censure them and call it a day.

I for one will not allow the press to determine what I think about any given issue. They are incredibly biased and only report in ways that will promote their “opinions” or political leanings.  Face it folks, we do not have a free and unbiased press.  Oh… and this is a dot… connect it!

Most importantly… where are the complaining “victims”? Marines pissed on dead terrorists… booooo-hooooo! When our Marines start beheading people or strapping bombs on children and the mentally retarded, I’ll write another blog about their behavior, but for now…. piss away, Marines! Oorah! Always be the PISSER, and never the PISSEE!

This Chic-fil-A story is not about racism; it’s about politics!

 

Was the Chic-fil-A cashier stupid for referring to Asian customers as Ching and Chong on their receipts?  Does doing such a thing make that cashier incredibly stupid? Hell yes! Does that make the person a racist? Not necessarily.

How many times have you said something “off color” or inappropriate? If you’re being honest, your answer is many times! I know I have been inappropriate many times, and I’m an equal opportunity offender. My comments made in jest, to a selected group of people that I trust; do not make me racist.  I don’t go around making racially inflammatory comments all willy-nilly, and I certainly wouldn’t do such a thing at work under any circumstance, but around friends and family… yeah, I’ve said some things that would end my campaign if I were running for a public office!

Booooo to that cashier!  What were you thinking, dude? You don’t write that kind of thing on a customer’s receipt! You save those kind of jokes for close friends and family!  How were you raised?

Actually, I think this story is racist! According to “The Source”? Is that the victim… “The Source”… sounds too much like soy Sauce to me!  Did this incident even happen? I’m not convinced!

 
Anywho, given the severe issues we face today, like our economy being in the toilet and Iran being on the verge of getting nuclear weapons, I’m shocked that this story captured the attention of mainstream media. GASP! Could we be seeing this report because the Chic-fil-A Corporation-Person is pro Christianity and pro traditional marriage? Is Chic-fil-A being targeted politically?  I betcha they are!  Attention ill-informed… this is a dot… connect it!

I know one thing…and that is people need to lighten up! I love me a Chic-fil-A chicken sandwich with waffle fries, so BACK OFF liberal media! Don’t make me CLUCK you up!

Is Michelle the Victim of a Racist Stereotype?

 

Gayle King recently interviewed Michelle Obama and the conversation turned towards comments purportedly made in the book “The Obamas”, written by a former White House insider. Apparently, Michelle Obama is being painted as unhappy, frustrated, feeling burdened and angry.

Michelle Obama basically denied that there have been abnormal upheavals between her and White House staff members.  During the interview Michelle stated that from the time Barack Obama announced his candidacy, “that’s the image they have tried to paint me as… this angry black woman”. 

We don’t know what takes place behind those White House doors, but just as with other administrations, juicy tidbits, accusations and facts are bound to come out. We can only take that information and apply our common sense to determine what makes sense to us.

Something that helps us discern what is truth or fiction with these tell-tell books are the actual words of the subjects. In Michelle’s case, she has said some things that could lead some to believe that she probably is angry and frustrated. Remember that Carla Bruini, France’s first lady, disclosed in her book what Michelle Obama said about being America’s first lady “it’s hell. I can’t stand it”.  Are both of these authors lying?  They could probably sell just as many books with a feel-good take on Michelle/The Obamas.

What about Michelle’s public statements?  Remember when she said  “For the first time in my adult life, I’m proud of my country”?  And… “America is a downright mean country”?   Don’t forget the comment “All of this just for a flag?” at a 9/11 ceremony. 

It’s very plausible that Michelle Obama harbors anti-American sentiments after sitting in  Rev. Jeremiah Wright’s church, with her husband, listening to his incendiary comments for so many years. When you sit and listen to hate for so long, it seems reasonable that some of the venom will get into your system and stay there.

My best guess is that Michelle probably can be very difficult to deal with. Her facial gestures and body language is not warm and inviting.  Mix the non verbal communications with the verbal communications and  you get an image of a volatile Michelle.

Playing the race card is certainly not going to help  her. The comments in the book “The Obamas” came from someone on her side of the aisle; so, who is the “they” that she believes is trying to paint her as an angry black woman?  Interjecting the racial element only makes here look “angry”.   Think about it… what does she have to be pissed off about… the multi million dollar vacations?  Why would such a persona be attributed to her out of the blue? I know people lie, but there are many pieces to this puzzle that in my eyes, do not match Michelle’s explanation.

Actually, I can see how all of the parties, vacations and managing personal groomers and other staff  at taxpayer’s expense can be frustrating and burdensome! The stress and exhaustion from the jet-setting and shopping for cheap nine hundred dollar knock off purses would make anyone unhappy!  Leave her alone racist people!  She is a strong Black woman, who has a right and perhaps in her mind, a reason to be angry!

I want to do whatever I want, when I want and I don’t want to be judged for, or made to feel bad about my actions.

I want to be told I’ve done a good job even though I have not.

I want a ribbon even if I lose the race so I won’t fee bad.

I want others to pay for my mistakes.

I don’t want to be held accountable for my actions because it would make me feel bad.


I’m a victim of my own mistakes and feel others should be responsible for fixing my mistakes.

I’m a victim of past transgressions and deserve special rights.

I’m different and I deserve special rights.

I feel all of us are victims of something, and therefore, the legal system punishes too harshly.

I feel that Blacks are victims of slavery…. still.

I don’t believe Blacks can be racist.

I feel some people just need more help than others and that help should be provided by the government.

I’m comfortable with the majority loosing rights, if it benefits me.

I’m for making the majority of people feel uncomfortable if it makes a few more comfortable.

I feel it’s unfair that those who work harder than me have more than me.

I shouldn’t have to earn what I deserve.

I’m entitled to great things, at any cost, unless I have to pay that cost.

I feel a human baby growing inside its mother is not a life, but an acorn is.

I feel most people are incapable of making intelligent decisions, so I must think for them.

I believe in God  but, the ideology of my political party is more important than God’s word.

This Conservative does not FEEL or BELIEVE that Liberals hear themselves when they speak.

Stop Tail-Tucking and Ditching Candidates!

 

Now that Rick Santorum is rising in the polls, and since he just rose from  political murk to land a very taut second place finish in the Iowa Caucasus,  the slander and smear machines are already cranking up to start tearing him down. Seems the moment a candidate becomes a blip on the political radar, they become targets.  I knew it wouldn’t take long before the mud started to fly, but now I’m  wondering just how fast it will take Republicans to tuck their tails and run from the controversy and accusations that are inevitable.

It doesn’t seem to matter if accusations are factual or fabricated. Many Republicans will quickly, and undoubtedly scurry off the scene when the going gets tough.  Ask Herman Cain about that.

Liberals know good and well that all they have to do is call the GOP candidate a racist, a homophobe or in Cain’s case, a sex crazed womanizer, and not only will the candidate usually cave, but so will their supporters… with supporters usually being the first to throw in the towel!  It seems we have not learned to hang in there when the going gets tough. I hate to say it, but we can learn a lot from Liberals when it comes to selecting a candidate, and sticking with them through thick or thin. If Obama had raped a toddler in a public square, liberal pundits would have spun the event successfully before Obama zipped his pants up. The voters, media,  and all other Obama supporters would stick by him, and defend him to the bitter end.

I am in NO WAY suggesting that we should support ANY candidate under ANY circumstance. We must always be moral and prudent when choosing candidates for any office, but we should always have PROOF before we start dropping our candidates faster than a pimp drops a useless hoe. Dirty tactics will be employed by the masters of the game… expect it and be ready and most importantly, wait for the facts and demand proof of wrongdoing!

To give you an example of what the dirty Left is capable of, check out what was said about Santorum and how he handled the death of his baby boy, Gabriel. Gabriel was born in 1996, but died shortly after birth.  The Santorums took their deceased baby home with them to make him  a  reality for their other children and to give him a funeral.  Well, Lefty talk show host Alan Colmes stated that Santorum’s popularity would end once people realized some of the crazy things he has said and done. Colmes went on to discuss the 1996 death of  little Gabriel this way…..

“once they get a load of some of the crazy things he’s said and done, like taking his two-hour-old baby who died right after childbirth home and played with it for a couple hours so his other children would know that the child was real…”

Vile words, said in a vile context and with a vile intent, don’t you think?  But I suppose honoring  Gabriel and treating him like a part of the family (which he was) would be crazy to someone who supports killing babies by ripping them out of  the mother’s womb. There’s certainly much, much more to come from the morally destitute Lefties. Don’t believe me? Check out this video of Santorum making a “racist” comment:

Not everything is racism…. please apply critical thinking!

 I realize that the GOP candidates not only run against their liberal opponents, but they are also fighting a liberal media, and the smear-mongers. Let’s not make them fight for our support as well.   When things start heating up, and we know they will because “dung is slung” from both sides of the aisle these days, (ask Newt Gingrich about that),  hang in there until there is  irrefutable proof of wrongdoing, or until it’s clear that the candidate is simply being targeted for a political smack down. 

In other words folks, don’t tuck your tails between your legs and run like wimpy little puppies anymore.  We’re in a fight here!  We know the swamp gates will be opened, so brace yourselves for the onslaught, but remain strong.

To get the inescapable smear campaign started, I will use a joke that I stole from my friend Mark Forsland:  “Breaking news...... Rick Santorum had an affair with Herman Cain when he was a delivery boy for Godfather's Pizza.”  And…. we’re….OFF!!!!!

The Disadvantaged Wear $180.00 Shoes?

 

Last week, we witnessed people vandalizing property, fighting each other, stabbing each other, stampeding over each other, being tear gassed, and being arrested….at malls from coast to coast. Police even had to rescue two toddlers from a car after they were abandoned by their $200.00 shoe hunting mother! All of this chaos for a pair of shoes! Not just any old shoes… THE NEW AIR JORDANS!! I’m clutching my chest and gasping wildly (mocking the excited consumers of course).

What about the behavior these people displayed? Wow! They looked like wild animals trying to avoid recapture. Trampling what appeared to be children did not cause anyone to pause to help their fellow man. Getting a pair of those shoes was paramount and preserving life apparently was not on any person’s list of priorities.

Did you happen to checkout the makeup of the crowds that was shown on the news? A whole lot of Black folk were out there. We are in a recession, and nationally, unemployment amongst Blacks is greater that 16%. So, what’s really going on? How are these poor, disadvantaged Black folk able to afford $200.00 for a pair of freakin sneakers?  I will get back to this question, so allow me to digress for a moment.

Since this "incident” made national news, of course, the scavenger community leaders (misleaders) smelled the fresh blood of opportunity. Publicity! Black and Hispanic community leaders (misleaders) held a news conference where they basically blamed Michael Jordan and Nike for the ruckus. These “leaders” stated that “those who can least afford the shoes are the ones buying them”….huh??!! If you can’t afford them, don’t buy them. They went on to say “Michael Jordan and Nike should stand up and be a part of the solution”, and “there are public safety issues with children wearing these shoes”. These community folks felt that Nike should lower the prices of the shoes, meet customer demand and that wearing the shoes only causes more crime.

So, make more shoes and sell them cheaper….LOL. I wonder how many businesses have either of those fools ran. They fail to realize that the consumers of these shoes buy them because of the prestige that they (the consumers) have placed on them.

Hey leaders…. mind your own damn business! How about that? As usual, you have no real solutions. You just saw an opportunity to get your mugs on TV. Stop treating Black people as if they are special needs. What you should be focusing on is what’s causing certain mentalities in Black communities. Focus on that and you will see that Nike and Jordan are far from the problem.

And just where are these children getting the money to buy these shoes anyway? I assume it’s from their parents (parent for 70% of them). Who is giving permission to these children to stand in line all night to be first in line to buy the darn shoes? I’m guessing the parents (or parent). Why would parents (or parent) allow their children to wear something that could cause them their lives in certain neighborhoods?

I’m guessing that most of the youth buying these shoes don’t work, don’t know the value of a dollar, do not live in a two parent home and have not had certain values instilled into their psyches. This feral behavior is just a symptom of the breakdown of the family. That’s the core issue… breakdown of the nuclear family. Unless Michael Jordan or Nike are the fathers to all of these kids, the bullseye target can be removed from their backs. As for the adults who bought the shoes…. it’s their damn money!

Back to how can poor and disadvantaged people afford to pay so much for a pair of shoes! Are we seeing a hint that Blacks aren’t as bad off as those on the Left would have you believe? Probably. Liberals love to have victims, even when there are none. I’m sure that there are lots of Black folk that really can’t afford the shoes, but did you see those crowds??!! 

Not many people I know who are working everyday have $200.00 to go plop down on a pair of shoes!

I only hope that no tax dollars were abused during the purchasing of Air Jordans! Hey… who am I kidding! Of course welfare money bought some of those Jordans… duh!

Tebow: “Get Bowed” With Him America!

 

The constant criticism of football player Tim Tebow engaging in a short prayer before games is really beginning to brew a hellish anger in me. I was going to ask the rhetorical question, “what’s the big deal about a man praying”, but on second thought, the question is not so rhetorical after all. The big deal goes beyond Tebow and it is just another example of the Secularists trying to erode Christianity wherever it is displayed. In other words, those that follow the religion of Secular Humanism are unwavering in their efforts to shatter the very foundation on which this nation was founded: Christianity. Connect the dots, and the picture will be clear!

The Secularists yelp and bark about Tebow incessantly, saying that he should keep his faith to himself. Really? Ok… what about the rappers who thank God for winning awards? Should they keep that to themselves? The answer to secularists is no. Would you like to know why? It’s because most of them don’t really mean it. They know it’s not sincere coming from that crowd, so there is no harm done. This crowd will not go out and exalt God in there everyday lives. They are simply grandstanding to give the  impression of a person of faith. Look at many of their lives…. does it reflect a faith driven person?

To the keen eye, it is obvious that some of these entertainer’s words and actions do not match. Many of them have arrest records longer than their arms and legs combined. They have multiple kids out of wedlock and take pride in portraying a lifestyle that revolves around money and whores, and whores and money.  They live secular lifestyles so, this crowd actually works towards destroying Christianity, and that keeps them  safe from criticism.

How about Muslims who wear the hijab, or fall down like drunks praying to Allah every four hours (or however often they pray)?  If they are wearing the hijab in public or are being allowed to pray in the work place, or any other public place, are they keeping their religion to themselves? What about the atheists who want every vestige of Christianity removed from wherever they can have it removed? Are they keeping their beliefs to themselves? No… they are not, but different rules apply to the liberal faction.

Have you noticed that you never see  Secularists attack Hindu, Buddhism, Scientology or any other “religion”? Only Christianity! I guess that’s the price to pay for being the real deal.

When Muslims are made to remove hijabs and burkas in public because wearing them will betray their religious preference, then come and talk to me about Tebow praying before a game. And when atheists are not allowed to publicly profess that there is no God, we can have this chat again!

Secularists should really adapt rules to the game that apply to everyone “fairly” (a favorite word for the liberal minded folk). As it stands, Liberals use a set of rules that oscillate. This way they can constantly change their stance to defend a liberal offending party or situation, or degrade if conservative. In other words, Liberals (same as Secularists for the intellectually challenged- all part of the Democrat Party) are some of the biggest hypocrites on the planet. Some even pretend to believe in God, but their lifestyles and actions paint a very different picture- like many of those rappers and other performers who thank God for winning an award, but then go out and get wasted drunk; rape or shoot someone, or break the law in one way or another.

To my knowledge, Tebow is true to his faith. And that just chaps some liberal hides! You see, he CAN bring others to Christianity! This is why he is so targeted! He is counterproductive to the secular movement.

Instead of beating this man down for being a Christian in a Christian nation, there should be knees bowed right along with his. I’m not saying to bow and pray for a football game… just bow and pray!

I’m not a sports fan at all, but I might have to find out which team Tebow plays for so I can watch, bow and pray with him. I encourage every Christian to do the same. Support your brother in Christ…defend your faith… “get bowed”.

What Christmas is Not

Many probably wont see this post until after Christmas, but that’s fine. Hopefully it will give you something to think about moving forward.  What does Christmas mean to you these days?  I’m not looking for your programmed answer, I’m looking for the answer that comes from your spirit… your true answer. I’m not looking for the obvious answer. Put some thought into answering the question. What do you do the other 364 days to bring your answer to life?  Are you teaching the true meaning of Christmas to your children and grandchildren? If not, you are not living the true meaning of Christmas .

I can tell you what Christmas IS NOT.  It isn’t a happy holiday or a season to be greeted. It isn’t a chance to get gifts or to go shopping to catch sales. And while festive decorations are nice to look at and makes the heart happy (at least it does that for me) decorated trees and fancy lights do not define Christmas.

Christmas IS NOT an excuse to gorge ourselves with stuffing, ham, cakes, pies, candies, cookies, eggnog and all of those other goodies that are oh so very good…  yum!  It’s NOT an excuse for parties or get-togethers to partake in adult beverages or to show off the brand new outfit bought just for the occasion.


What about Santa Claus? Nope, Christmas IS NOT about Santa Clause, Rudolph or the other reindeer. And it’s not about elves making toys, or talking snowmen. These things are nice fantasies for children if you so choose to teach it to them, but these things should only be taught if teaching the true meaning of Christmas supersedes.

I wonder how many families have watched stories about the birth of Christ. I wonder if Christ was discussed everyday, as we frenzied our way to December 25th. I wonder how many minutes families spent praying together during this “season”.  Was there more talk of gift giving, Santa and baking in your home than about Christ?  If so, then that’s the legacy you are building for your children. 

I’m not trying to be holier than thou. I have spent time reflecting on my own actions and what I can do differently to carry the spirit of Christmas in my heart everyday of my life. After all, we are celebrating the birth of Christ today; the son that God sacrificed for our salvation because we are so weakened by our wicked hearts.

Christmas is  faith. It is a lifestyle. It spawns a desire to live a life that is worthy of the gift of salvation.  It is your generous spirit. Christmas is to be celebrated every day of your life because it represents truth, love, hope, sacrifice and the gift of eternal life. Christmas is the day we set aside to celebrate the birth of our savior, Jesus Christ, so why not celebrate his existence everyday… in small ways?  Anywho, that’s my goal. I can always do better…. always! 

Happy Birthday, Jesus….. and  Merry Christmas to everyone, all year long!

Kim Jong is More Than IL…He’s Dead.

 

I can’t imagine anyone in their right mind loosing any sleep or tears over Kim Jong-IL’s passing. He was a cruel dictator that got off on having power over and holding the well being of others, including their life and death, in his hands.  Government produced news images coming out of North Korea are showing thousands of “mourners”, wailing and collapsing over his death,  But I don’t believe it’s true grief for one moment! I wouldn’t be surprised if there weren’t armed forces standing nearby to give these “mourners”  the incentive to give the performances of their lives…. especially if they had any desire to keep on living.

The North Korean dictator, formerly IL, now dead,  was a hardcore, God-less communist, with a God complex. I even saw a news clip showing a  young girl who had a successful surgery to remove cataracts, and she and her Father turned to a portrait of Jong-Il and began to bow, praise and thank him for her sight!  I hope that kind of forced adoration was worth it to Jong-Il during  his lifetime.

The behavior of citizens shown in the news footage being put forth by the government ran North Korean media actually reminds me of how people behaved over Obama, especially during the peak of his campaigning in  2008.  Children were singing songs about him, people were chanting his name, people were fainting in his presence, liberal pundits were getting tingles up and down their legs, the Obama girls made songs and videos about him and multiple people declared that “Obama will save us”! I think that kind of behavior is called idolatry? Yeah, I’m pretty sure that’s what it is.

Soon after the 2008 election and Obama’s win, quaky liberal Woody Allen suggested that Obama be granted dictatorship.  Now, while I think many of the North Koreans are displaying coerced mourning, there are some far left radicals that would LOVE to convert the USA into  a communist dictatorship. It’s hard to believe, but it’s true. 

Remember when Obama stated that “the Constitution is fundamentally flawed… it does not say what the government must do for people”?  Well, that’s because the Constitution is the law of our land and prevents the federal government from dictating our lives. Our Nation was designed as a Republic to PREVENT us from falling to a dictatorship. However, the Constitution is being marginalized at every given opportunity, right under our freedom loving noses!  There are too many who want a change in governmental structure; too many are misinformed and too many are flat out clueless!

Because of  the aforementioned types of citizens,  Liberals have been successful in creating an underclass of people who wants the government to provide their sustenance instead of earning it themselves.   And there are many who feel entitled to what others have earned instead of going out and earning their own way.

Unless we can decelerate the growth of the “entitled” faction and deprogram our youth who are being raised to think along the lines of socialism and communism, we will have our own Jong-IL someday. This possibility is not far fetched nor is it a conspiracy theory… it’s a goal of Democrats.. or Liberals or Progressives— they call themselves many things these days.  The Democrat Party is full  of Communist and Socialist.. they are in cahoots!  Take a look at the 1963 Communist Goals. These goals are well underway of being achieved. …. some have been achieved. Which of those goals do Democrats reject?

That age old adage “you never miss what you have until it’s gone'” is scarily appropriate relative to the freedoms we’ve known and loved as Americans. Think about the freedoms we’ve already lost. If more people don’t wake up, we are going to be a mirrored image of socialist Europe and eventually, Communist North Korea. I pray our country shall never see such dark days. I know I won’t see them because I’ll die fighting for my freedom before I’d ever bow to, or praise any man.

The Power of Women

        I’m not quite sure what some of us women have devolved into, but I do know that it‘s anything but good. It seems that meeting someone, courting them (remember that word…courting) and getting to know them well enough to determine compatibility is a thing of the past. I find that reality to be incredibly sad. Today, it’s all about hook-ups, gettin’ wit’ someone or smashin’. I’m baffled at the ease that most women will give up their bodies to men that are so unworthy of them or that they barely know. Women have either forgotten the scope of their power or they have never realized it.
        The power of women is unimaginable. We have the ability to create the atmosphere in our homes and to create the environment of our neighborhoods, and ultimately, to an extent, we create the atmosphere in our communities and our nation. Our role in this world is incredible, but sadly, we have allowed too many influences such as feminism and liberalism to lead us away from God’s design for relationships and marriage. These influences have left us severely misguided.
        Those most affected by this misguidance are Black women. In 1960, only 28 percent of black females between the ages of 15 and 44 were never married. Today, that number is approaching 70%. In 1940, the illegitimacy rate among blacks was 19 percent; in 1960 it was 22 percent, and today, it's 75% and even higher in some communities. Liberal politicians started to push welfare and entitlement programs on Blacks as early as the 1930’s under President Roosevelt.  Sadly, Rosevelt reverted to the principles of the Progressive Party, which was his party before he belonged to the Republican Party.

         By the late 70’s, the government had all but replaced Black men as the bread winner in many  homes. The government became "daddy" to many Black children while Black women were constantly being counseled against marriage.  If they married, they would lose their welfare benefits. While my focus is on Blacks, the numbers for illegitimacy are pretty scary across cultural lines. Ladies, ALL of us need get it together!
        I believe it’s high time that we recover both our power and dignity… and with the quickness! The good news is that we can recover. It will take tenacity and hard work, and in my opinion, it will take a generation to see substantial and sustainable results, but as my father used to say, “if it ain’t worth workin’ for, it ain’t worth nothin’.”
        If you’re wondering if I blame women for the out of control illegitimacy rate …the answer is yes... at least for the most part. Men have to ask us for sex, but we don’t have to say yes or accept uncommitted relationships. Moreover, why would you want to have sex with someone who has absolutely no interest in marrying you? Furthermore, there is an AWESOME amount of power to be gained from accepting and owning your part of any problem.
        Women, we are the gatekeepers of morality. We lost our power because we gave up our post. Now, it’s up to us to redirect our relationships back to God’s design and live biblically principled lives. This is how we regain our power! The man will follow what the woman dictates, or he'll end up awfully lonely.  It’s up to us to have enough self respect and a sense of knowing how we want our families to be structured to lead the way on this issue. Real men will applaud us for our efforts and more beautifully, real men will marry us because of our efforts! It’s time to kill the supply of easy sex and re-establish a sense of virtue. Only then will we attract men who will love, cherish, and respect us. We are worthy of a men who will honor us through marriage, but only when he is financially able to support a family.
        Ladies, please realize that you are worthy of a happy, functional relationship that culminates in marriage. A woman who knows her worth knows all she needs to know.  Nothing is more powerful than knowing you are worthy of a beautiful life!
